Hi Norsc,

Went to the meeting with 2 other COK long term holders (one with 5m shares).

The meeting was well attended (compared to previous meetings) and brought out some very good questions and concerns (re the financing) from a number of obviously savvy investors, and these were very capably and confidently answered by Peter Nightingale and Andrew Lawson, the only 2 directors present. It was stated that the BFS for the Baralaba expansion (100% PCI Coal -no thermal) was very well recieved by banks and institutions who acknowledged the very robust nature of the project, even if prices were to drop.

The remaining directors were stated to be in Korea at present in negotiations of finance terms (and possibly offtake agreements?)and though no details were provided, the directors present were certainly confident of the future for COK
