I agree, but I think that whilst it hasn't be stated in the annoucements (and it wouldn't), it seems very strange that you have merger announcement, you state who the 5 man board would be, and 3 of them now do not work for the companies involved.

I'm not sure if they are linked, but it does seem strange that more than half of the proposed board are now gone.

The fact 3 have gone, provides more belief to me that the takeover is going to fail.

Once JKA return to trading (whether as JKA or TPT) I expect to see Bob Cassie start to acquire an interest in the company as frankly his shareholding is pitiful for the CEO of a company (he only owns 75k shares in JKA) so this would be a show of strength in the company if he does so.
