my info from co is that they are awaiting the new formation of tpt board, and if that board is supportive of merger.
they are also looking at new funding arrangements for jka if tpt goes pearshape.
jka will advise all s/h when this is all sorted out.
I intend to give jka all the time they need to come up with a solution, as I'm not keen on tpt major s/holders
