    Haven't heard anything around capital raising, both companies (incl Directors) still want the merger to proceed & are waiting on the 2 TPT BOD appointments. Will the new hires be for or against the T/O? - can't be answered.

    No info around other than merger time frame potentially could be extended. More waiting in that case...
