To be honest i'm not really into biotechs cause i believe they are very risky and its hard to pick them, just like exploration companies. And like an exploration co. for every 1 that finds a feasible resource that they can mine there are 1000 who run out of cash (exhausting all their avenues of raising cash/issuing equity) and go bust.
And to be honest, a biotech just like an exploration company is a complete gamble, i mean how do u really know if a drug can be successful? how would u gauge the probability?
Anyway i only invest in companies who are making money or will make money soon, like SMY who are constructing their nickel mine and will start production soon (and consequently will have a cashflow).
