Quix, not sure how much of the Cornell facility remains but I'd be surprised if it was still $3m. The corporate shell once cleaned up (& won't that be a messy job) is probably worth $3-350k. How nervous would you be if you were an unsecured creditor of this mob. The staff will be ok for entitlements eventually, but might take a while.
