With device like TiVo, Mystar and others coming onto the market Reeltimes HEC in just 6 months it has been superceded.
The choice of 100+ channels and able to record a few at the same time will be a novelty that will be with us for a few years to come.
IMO ISP are more likely to do a deal with TiVO, Mystar style content providers NOT VOD. This will put VOD back 4-5+ years before it's profitable.
Free movies online are becoming more accessible lately so EzyDVD style shops must have declining revenue 7 local DVD shops in my area have just close the doors.
So i dont think even a ISP would be interest in Reeltimes shell (spare parts) maybe
Without trouble free delivery to T.V. you may as well go for the mobile market
