It appears TEE had a lot of foward looking statements and expected financial position reports included in the annual, based on the $3m or so cash coming in - they could of course take them out and leave a general statement, however now that they are in this situation it appears the resolution is a focus and we as shareholders will be rewarded with some updates on the future expansion and deals they have been keeping under wraps for some time.
At least the share price on re-open will be subject to annoucement and news and not just speculation and expectation.
IMO take as long as needed to get the best result, and perhaps the funds in quicker than originally planned with Gesaf.
