Well done for snooping some goss mmmmgus...........any law suit such as this looms large over a struggling company such as CNX. This is simply a major nuisance and a strategic move to attempt to extract a cash settlement out of court. They are like 'flies to a fresh turd !!' Endless law actions & appeals have ruined many a company. We can only hope that their claim is a toothless tiger and CNX can get back to the business of educating the chattering monkeys who govern Queensland !!!
