A few thoughts:
a) Before the 29th Feb announcement I thought that a recapitalization might not be complete before April 30th. I thought Centro might just have to prove they were well on the way to solving their problems. But, thanks to the question asked at 41 min 20 sec into the Q&A session on the web cast, I believe that a recapitalization will be complete by April 30.

Only 32 business days until & including April 30 (excluding Easter).

b) Also from the web cast, Glenn seemed to be expecting offers on syndicates around this time (2 weeks from the announcement).

c) With the recent announcement of fresh funds available in the US I'm just guessing that Centro might now be starting talks with the banks in the US to try for long term finance. Long term finance would help but they still have to reduce their gearing as well.
