Still no refund, quoting the following from the Share Purchase Plan Letter:

"In the event of a scale back, the difference between the value of the Shares allotted (calculated at the offer price of A$2.30 per Share) and the application money received will be refunded to you by Tox Free without interest, following allotment. Amounts will be refunded by direct credit to your nominated account for the payment of Tox Free dividends or by cheque mailed o your address as shown on Tox Frees Register in the days following allotment."

Emailed with no response. If anyone else is missing their refund & keen on getting it could you also please email/contact TOX to add weight to our desire to have our money refunded in a timely manner.
