ballet is excellent as well from what I've heard -- any of those places where you've got pros ------------- maybe even jockeys

just think out of the box ----------- you need the best chance -

if you get a good one - it's life changing for the better - if the opposite - hmmm

don't fall for someone telling you about how good a doctor is because they are a 'nice person'

nice doesn't come into it ----------- it's the hand that holds the knife that's important

get in the way of someone like Fred Hollows and you wouldn't find him very nice - but, man - he was effective

The thing that puts me off is watching an orthopaedic operation on tv years ago.
Between the saws and the hammers the next show on open heart surgery seemed positively benign.
