well it doesn't help when another batch of free share 15mil or them to staff, aren't they paid enough already, .... rewarded for what...
reward should be alway, alway against the profits first and always, shareholders retail small fry should be return first then make millionarires of the team.
in ANY company, how can staff, CEO get paid heaps, while the company goes backwards.
