well it doesn't help when another batch of free share 15mil or them to staff, aren't they paid enough already, .... rewarded for what...reward should be alway, alway against the profits first and always, shareholders retail small fry should be return first then make millionarires of the team.in ANY company, how can staff, CEO get paid heaps, while the company goes backwards.the share price is going up, ??!!

think people are misreading this announcment, it is NOT employees BUYING shares, these are free!!! it mention a strike price 15c, but that is taxation purpose as the reward is still taxed, hence issue at 15c free and a tip, reward (for no profits or deals)it was said before to be incentive .shares..... retention of staff... if you stay you will get extra free shares, if you leave in next year you don't...doesn't mean they cant leave after that with a full back pociket...actually don't know timeline
