It was Bradford and Bingley I think (jogging my memory by google), which were liquidated in 2007. I sold all our shares at the time - which was a shame as Apple went ballistic over the following years. Our daughters had about £100 worth of Apple each and ended up with nearly £5000 worth by the time they were adults.
