A few companies are trading at 0.001 (the ultimate dog stocks on ASX with SOI more than world population)
A few companies have recently been in trouble for corruption and admin/political issues which are not trading atm, which is equivalent to zero. Because you cannot access the money.
The whole ''you don't lose it until you sell'' is just another excuse regularly brought up by certain groups who want you to hold bags.

The fact is you can, and people do, lose money even if they don't sell, and sometimes even more so.

I am learning this too, the hard way, but at times you reach a point where there is no much difference between now and that price, so let us see what happens.
