I think they are waiting for the sp to rise, probably Shareholder sentiment after a positve announcement, as reported in Oct for when the company breaks even at Christmas time. So that they can raise the funds their needing. Maybe Christmas time is not the right time, but I think if the shares are to cheap there will be to many on the market, isn't that dilution? Really it's anyone guess how much they will be or how many. I reckon they have still got to work it out. Read my posts on Emailed senetas and the reply I got. For now it's speculation. :)
