Yes papers have to be lodged by 26th. Once they have done this they are allowed to name names. This will give us an insight into the size of fish they are chasing. Alternatively agreements will have been made, and I would expect some sort of statement regarding this. Either way we should be getting some pretty sensitive news.
If leaky, then pre-announcement shareprice action should give us some clues.
