"MBD Energy is about to introduce technology that allows algae to capture half or more of the greenhouse gases emitted by a power station, at virtually no cost to the utility.
What's more, MBD stands to make a small fortune from the algae by-products: fuel, plastics and meal for livestock.

So what are LYP thinking?
LYP/Alcoa know what they have to do... hence their pre and post tech solutions that are BELIEVABLE, and have convinced creditors recently to re-finance...and confirming that brown coal is here to stay.
So we are talking "possibly" Coldry for the "pre" 40% emissions gain and "half or more" for the "post" MBD gains.
Does that equate to the 70%+ CCS proposed emission reduction levels without the massive costs?
Yep. Will the Vic Govt back them both? Are they already?
