On the basis of the Group's improved 2H03 performance and contract outlook I assumed improved EBITDA margin forecasts. Specifically, EBITDA margins progressively expanding to 7% to the FY07F. In my view, this assumption largely remains a leap of faith given ERG's track record although the company has clearly made positive progress over the last 6-9 month period. The stock remains a high risk investment in my mind.
