Mec are still after farm ins. and i think that is an issue. Ken Talbert who has made many squillions from Mac. Coal and Karoon gas is behind the $7m already on the table.
I'm guessing that Talbert represents about 20-25% interest if the deal is signed. There was speculation (hope)at the meeting that he might put in the whole lot. But my own interpretation is that when a rig is booked other parties will come in. Again, speculation, but you would think that the Chinese connections behind Advent are more than pretty faces.
