The market cap was only about 6mill when the company delisted from ASX. I am actually surprised it sold for $8.5m. We all know it is worth more but under these circumstances a much less amount in a firesale could have been the result. The biggest question for shareholders is how are all the dodgy convertible notes / Gutnick loans web going to unfold by liquidators and is there any action shareholders can take against them. Anyone related to the Gutnicks both family and company should get NOTHING and a one way ticket to court for illegal dealings.
