Seems he is expecting to get off scot-free which will not surprise at all given the treasurers August 2021 "Statement of Expectations' issued to ASIC, further watering down any response from an already pathetic watchdog. Australia is a very wealthy country, imagine for a moment that we weren't robbed blind by white collar criminals since the Keating era, imagine we had strong regulators so that the financial industry obeyed the law, wow what a country Australia would be. Both major parties should hang there heads in shame.
