Its been an absolute disgrace how shareholders have been treated and communicated to. From the ASX to ASIC and the Merlin Board, have all shown total disregard for shareholders in a lot of pain. No communication whatsoever! The ASX let MED trade with all this hanging over head for years on end with disclosure of the dodgy loans in various company reports, then one day the pen pushers at ASX woke up and suspended, then scrapped the listing without a word. A corrupt casino is what the ASX is and should also be accountable for letting this trade for so many years without scrutinising the board earlier.
