Of course it is all 'insiders' together if it is 'that easy' for them to do time and time again. Their is no regulations for 'them'. Joe must be 'one of them' and Peter Lee as well.

Makes you wonder, those are the ones 'conspiring'. And doing it within the public domain and getting away from the law, in this case.
