Can you provide us with some detail as to why MMX case is stronger than their co-defendents or was that just wishful thinking
The longer this has gone on the less MMX are saying. Co-defendents cross claiming is starting to look like that maybe there is some "foundation" in case.
The ones worrying about CHM ability to carry on fight are the MMX holders so is this a sign that they only way MMX can hold onto asset is to outlast. If so they really have bet the farm.
Co-defendents lodge defence in a very inter-related case and CHM price rises is interesting. MMX defence stronger than co-defendents defence who were running CHM/MMX at time of transactions. That seems hard to believe.
