re: my opinion just an additional addition to sandybeaches comment folks

MACD and especially for short term swings get a chart up with

RSI - if it dips below 45 then this signals a short term entry opportunity - above 70 means a strong sell below 40 indicates a 80% chance of a quick turn around

RSI is more a short term - 2 - 5 day indicator of a possible build up of selling or buying pressure usually averaged over 11 previous trading days.

Its not called the relative strength index for nothing.

Just something for newbie chartists (technical anaysist types to be watch ful of on any stock)

But yes sandybeaches makes good points about attention being elsewhere - its all about getting in on stocks that are about to run hard not those that have finished - if that is the case stop losses are helpful

I repeat make full use of stop loss orders to minimize losses as part of any successful trading strategy on high risk stocks like NDO (NIDO)
