I spoke to Jason a few days ago and board is reviewing a number of options with regards to the CCCO's. Ideally they would like to extend the maturity date given what the 'markets' have done to the coal/share price.
Whatever option is put forward by the board shareholder will need to vote for it.
We should hear by end of this week regarding what the board will put forward. As Abu pointed out, check LCY. Jason also made mention of this stock and what they have done a number of times so that may be (simply a 2 year extension) what they propose.

Whatever the option put forward cant be worse than current state of play. expiry in 2 weeks @ 50c.
