my question is - who has initiated the spill and how did it occur - is it Belgravia or another substantial holder? For Bennett, it could be the OPES fall-out and his losses there have taken their toll on him personally - don't know.

Bennet is also the CFO, but there is no mention of him leaving this position..?

And Black signed the Trading Halt as the Managing Director - where is the announcement that he as gone as well? And if he was in jeopardy, why did he buy $70K of stock on Monday??
