We may never know what happened on the grassy knoll, or what Bond and co. really got up to, but I can guarantee that in the 21st century we will get to the bottom of the Opes issue if it runs for years in court. Unless these matters were handled over coffee in the botanlical gardens the trail will not be able to be erased.
If the players think they have nothing to hide they may stick to their "strong legal case" theory, but surely they must know that Crawford didn't administer truth serum, and get the full story during that particular charade last year.
This is pure speculation but I wonder if certain persons are even worried about being charged?
I acknowledge the herding cats problem, but I reckon any offer will be put to a vote with a threshold success criterion. Unfortunately a few may get screwed in this scenario if it gets up and that is not so good.
