sold my PPR in Perth by myself,
the market was crazy at that point in about 2004 from memory
had three buyers in the first 3 hours and one of them openly stating they will beat the other buyers offers
things have changed since then
funny thing is the market just kept going and I was disappointed selling at that time, but it looks like its falling back to that point now and I will be able to buy something equivalent again at the same price
