Hi There
Just wondering if anyone is holding NFNG or considering buying in considering the price decline (probably due to the same reasons for NUF's decline).
The current yield is around ~6.5%. Looks attractive. Also there is only about $50m on issue making the distribution payments about $3 - 4M annually, which isnt much to the organisation as a whole
Value trap or stay away due to the broader NUF concerns
