Getting sick of the run around. First they cancelled my webiress and moved me to iress viewpoint and now they are cancelling AOT due to concerns not being able to provide quality trading experience.
What quality is involved as I thought IRESS provides all the data, all CommSec needs to do is set the brokerage fee.
Plus I'm a bit confused as my email says CommSecIress viewpoint will still be available (just not AOTIress viewpoint). So does the new brokerage pricing get integrated into CommSecIRESS viewpoint or is it only for information purposes and we have to trade through the CommSec platform (which I hate)!
