Yes, Lewis and his former boss at CommSec (Ryan) moved to Bell Direct - probably when they knew that the AOT desk was being closed.
For former AOT desk users, I'd suggest you ask for Lewis Hsu on the Bell Direct switchboard and let him give you his personal numbers if he wants to - rather than publish them on the forum.
Lewis's desk at Bell Direct seems to operate in the same way as did the AOT desk at CommSec - different platform, system, fees, etc. compared with the rest of Bell Direct. I don't know what it takes to join them other than that I think former AOT desk users are invited.
