    That is not quite correct - the NTA growth has averaged only 6.14% p/a and if you count overall NTA growth since 2008 it is only 10% for the entire period. The return on equity is 6.86% and return on assets is a lousy 5.4% last year. This is more a yield play than a capital gains play and is patchy at that.
