This certainly has put a thought into my strategy, though can I ask you(or anyone else) how much sway will a newly sworn in mining, energy and rural portfolio have over a case that has moved onto the Court of Appeals?

Also this is not missing money over a warehouse, labour and boats this has to now have sway in the highest of courts in a Sovereign country?

Don't get me wrong I have been ecstatic over my profits though I have to go into major surgery tomorrow and need to set some stop losses...
