I've been following this stock and it seems as though there has been some recent accumulation. I think that this accumulation may be from a fund, possibly PIE Funds or Microequities Fund. PFG presented at a recent investor conference held by Microequities which is generally an indication that Microequities is holding stock or will begin accumulating. If so, we should expect some strong price movement in the coming weeks.
PFG's PE is quite low and it pays decent dividends. If management deliver on their growth and expansion plans, this stock will definitely be re-rated.
