I think this stock is highly manipulated 'within'. Another $500,000 shares to the CFO. What for? no regard for the shareholders.
As stated before I wouldn't be surprised if the management (or backed by them) make a low ball offer to take over the coy. These are just my thoughts. I have been following this stock for several years. Just check the top 20 shareholders and you will see what I mean.
