    its weird last time it paid its dividend in march it was sold off the week b4 the ex date. this time someone is not letting it get past $1.40. Its high for the past 4 days has been $1.40 and i suspect the high today will be about the same. Not sure why you would be selling when its going to ex dividend on the 13th and pay 9c.
