theory - did Collier meet these guys when they applied for IP in China? Looking at Scott's presentation, you can see what these guys are on about - using the less regulated markets to peddle drugs that would be a PAIN to get into market here or in the US. Its a really strange and interesting way to try and make money, and hardly anybody knows whats involved except some of these Cho people.
will a Chinese company take the inv assets and put them into the china market with minimal regulatory approval? is this a short path to this billion dollar market?
