Ian Levy made quite a big deal about a US infrastructure company that was a big player and had shipped the second (last) level of product testing: a 5 tonne shipment, about 18 mnths ago.
Well here it is, Mr Levy. $1.7 TRILLION infrastructure budget. HIRE AND PAY FOR A HEAVY HITTER MARKETING man (I'd rather a CR for this type of purpose than another Field Of Dreams idea), obviously no-one in the current team is remotely capable of achieving your forecasts; the ball is your park sir.
