Hi Davo and anyone interested in a class action,

The CMQ announcements to the ASX on Melrose's 26 million shares are wrong and misleading when compared to the 2005/06 annual report showing only 14 million.

This is in addition to CMQ's guilty plea on the 2 ASX charges of failing to inform the market.

IMF Australia is currently examining the prospect of a class action against CMQ.
