It occuredto me after theprevious post that the current SP of 22c is probably too good to refuse. After all it is as far as I can tell exactly the same company/value overall as it was a month ago when the SP was 10c. So with all the doubts about the IPO i thought best to sell and watch. But, alas, too late with trading withdrawn.
I think I have to phone the Coy when they wake up in WA to get more info on the IPO. BPH call it an IPO but have only mentioned so far that existing BPH holders wil be shareholders. Will the spinoff be tested on the open market to see if it will attract 20c buyers? And how many do they hope to get? If that happens I guess it would be a good scenario for us. But I am totally confused how a component of BPH @10c can grow to 20c with just the existing holders, let alone adding more in with the IPO. Anyway it looks like I am in for the ride, but certainly need more info and encouragement to hand over 20c/share for what the market rates @10c.
