ELL shareholders need to approve merger and name change GNL shareholders have once that happens merger will take place, AGM is early march or late april.

As far as the selldown good time to pick up with a stop loss stuck in at 2.4c just in case cant see it going lower tho.

Might sell some into the next spike, mt bevan ( ironore) starts drilling early march, mt clarke ( ELL uranium site should be reporting soon)

They plan on doing more capital raisings me thinks recent sellings might be some unspecified substantial shareholders or even 1-3 months worth of day traders cutting their over eager losses and moving on, no news to drive it back up so its slipped a bit good buying op with a stop loss as a fallback and dont put all youre eggs into it.

Theres a lot of lurking silent shareholders it seems judging by volumes. They will start yapping on the forums when some news comes out.
