anyone investing in uk property?, page-12

The UK is bankrupt, if you buy investment there consider the exchange rate.
I think both currencies will fall over the next couple of years.
US property hasn't bottomed IMO yet but you get good yiels and more likely ( not certain ) some currency apreciation too.
Neither is for me but you got your head around future currency values if you invest abroad.
I got no magic ball but above is my opinion in regards to currencies.
