anyone investing in uk property?, page-20

Thanks everyone.
I suppose I should add that I am English (well, Australian now) and already have two properties over there that I rent out, purchased before I moved here some years ago.
We also have a new property here as an investment property.

We are currently working to pay our own mortgage off competely (which should be in 2.5 years time) and then figure we have twenty years to make some investments for retirement.

I'm exploring different models and may look at Universal Traders model, as well as exploring the UK more.

ps cook, you sound like you know the UK!
