Sorry Malaga I strongly disagree there CG is the cream, but I would rather invest on an income basis that way I will be building up nice income streams. In the future even if you strictly haven't made any CG due to inflation at a minimum you will be able to sell an asset (if you choose to) that has paid for itself over time.
