If there were to be an entity come in with a T/O offer it would be met with more than one alternative suitor given the resource. I believe the UK are desperate to get a hold of this resource as will the Americans along of course with the Chinese.....Perfect scenario to ensure fair value is achieved as well being very nice sitting watching from the sidelines !!!
