Because post our mining licence, we are ~2 years ahead of pensana with a BFS and full licences in both Tz and UK.... and no radioactive concerns. Therefore, we can comfortably justify a takeover valuation higher than Pensana’s market cap of ~$600m or ~40c...

so whilst it would be great to see this developed by us as Peak, I also won’t be unhappy with a takeover higher than 40c...
