# EBIDTA $300Ks 1st quarter 2013....Massive improvement.
# Smallish number of shares under 200m....Not much free float.....Management hold nearly 50%....Top 20 hold 70%.
# Decent cash of around $3m.
# Don't see any impending dilution.
These highish revenues Microcaps Could surprise.
I have a conservative price target of 5c, sometime this year.
